137/365 New

Photobucket

Back from vacation and feeling renewed! I was excited to see that the garden is already starting to produce fruit! A tomato makes its debut!

Being away from the fast pace of the city really helped me to put some things in perspective. I live in a relatively small place, but vacationed in an even smaller rural area in the mountains of Mexico. Wow do Americans have things backwards when you compare our way of life to the way others live. Lots on my mind, and I'll share over the next few weeks.

Lesson: Don’t ask what the world needs. Ask what makes you come alive, and go do it. Because what the world needs is people who have come alive.
