I had the pleasure of hanging out with this engaging and beautiful couple this weekend. They are expecting their first baby very soon now! These are just two of several inspiring people I had the pleasure of meeting and I wanted to remember this day. Meeting all of the new and like-minded people this weekend reminded me of all of the people I've been blessed to meet over the past three years as a result of walking around with a camera! Life is good!
I'm not that pleased with the black and white image, but I can't put my finger on what's missing so I'm not sure how to fix it. Ah well...you can't win them all!

I like how the couple is connected with their placement of hands in the black and white shot.
I like the picture, but I think that she looks posed and he looks candid. Now keep in mind that is my very UNPROFESSIONAL opinion. You do beautiful work, and they are a beautiful couple. You should make sure to get the baby shots too.
I think that's a good point. I should have worked a bit more to get her relaxed. That's something I'm learning to do--help people relax quickly! I can do it in a 2 hour session, but it's different for a 10 minute one.
The other thing is the background. Backgrounds are very important (to me) and nothing is really going on with this one.
